Branford's WIS Construction Project Info Session March 22

On March 22, Branford Board of Education and Branford Public Building Commission invite the public to attend a Walsh Intermediate School (WIS) Construction Project outreach session, providing an update on activities planned for the upcoming summer and next school year. The session takes place at WIS, 185 Damascus Road, on Thurs. March 22 from 7 – 8 p.m.

As previously reported here Superintendent of Schools Hamlet Hernandez said the info session will include information on project construction getting underway this summer, as well as changes impacting the school building and changes to traffic areas around the building when students return in the fall. The $88.2 million alteration/extension project, bonded by the town, will receive a $30 million state reimbursement.
