Country School Welcomes Two International Students

The Country School has welcomed Ruoxi (Bella) Zhang, a 5th grader from China, and Hongye (Allen) Li, an 8th grader from Singapore, as part of the school’s international student initiative. This is the first year of a program that embeds students from throughout the world for homestay situations and contributes to The Country School’s multicultural global perspective.

In addition to The Country School’s academic program, Zhang and Li will participate in arts and sports and take either Spanish or French as a third language. The international students expect to attend private and public high schools throughout Connecticut and then matriculate to American colleges and universities.
