NHPD Interrupt Parking Lot Drug Deal, Arrest Three


Three people are under arrest after a drug deal was interrupted by North Haven Police Officers.

According to a press release from the North Haven Police Department, officers interrupted a drug transaction on Thursday, Jan. 11 in a parking lot on Washington Avenue. Officers observed a male and female exchange money for what they believed was heroin. As officers approached the female, she attempted to hide the drugs but a search revealed 10 bags of heroin.

The operator of a nearby vehicle attempted to drive away but officers stopped the car. The passenger was found to be in possession of narcotics and cash.

Police arrested Krissie Dellavalle, 37, of Wallingford and charged her with possession of heroin. She was released on a $500 bond.

Eric DeCrosta, 24, of North Haven, was arrested and charged with the sale of heroin and conspiracy. He was released on a $500 bond.

Jennie Pearson, 21, of North Haven, was charged with the sale of heroin, conspiracy, and illegal possession of narcotics. She was released on a $500 bond.

All three are scheduled to appear in Meriden Superior Court on Thursday, Jan. 18.
