Chester Point Marina is now providing heated storage for larger yachts with its newly completed, 15,000-square foot boat storage facility. This 150-foot-deep storage facility was designed by Pelletier Construction Management with Butler Manufacturing to enable boat travel lifts to enter and store full-sized yachts within the new structure. The pile-supported new design was engineered to withstand hurricane force wind loads and associated potential storm surge.
