November birthdays were celebrated at the East Haven Senior Center recently with the town’s retiring Assistant Director of Administration & Management Frank Gentilesco, Jr., who also was celebrating a November birthday. Mayor Joseph Maturo, Jr., was unavailable for this month’s photo.
