Essex Holds Annual Trees in the Rigging Event

The Sailing Masters of 1812 led the annual Trees in the Rigging Community Carol Sing down Main Street on Nov. 26, with a parade of antique cars ending up at the Connecticut River Museum to see the Lighted Boats Parade. One of the evening’s many attractions, this group of carolers in front of The Griswold Inn drew a steady and participatory crowd.
