Need to Know for Westbrook’s 2017 Municipal Elections


Westbrook voters will have several options on the ballot on Tuesday, Nov. 7, and one who’s not on the ballot. In the town’s race for first selectman, incumbent Republican Noel Bishop faces petitioning candidate Colin Bennett (both appear on the ballot) and write-in candidate Ben Liberatore.

The Board of Finance, Library Board of Directors, and judge of probate also feature competitive races. Profiles of all candidates who’ve chosen to participate are in our Online Voters Guide, along with all Harbor News’s elections coverage and political letters, can be found at Zip06.com/election.

All Westbrook voters vote at the Theresa Mulvey Municipal Center. Polls at are open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. For questions concerning registration status and polling place, call the Registrars of Voters at 860-399-3042.
