10/31/2017 06:30 PMThe League of Women Voters of the East Shore (LWVES) wants to encourage informed voting in the upcoming local elections to be held on Tuesday, Nov. 7. In order for Guilford voters to learn more about their candidates for election, the local league produced an in-studio debate for the Guilford Board of Selectman candidates on Oct. 22 and a second one for the Board of Finance candidates on Oct. 25. All 11 candidates agreed to participate in these LWVES productions.
There are several ways voters can view these debates: Comcast Channel 18, Frontier Channel 99, at www.Facebook.com/GCTVct, and www.youtube.com/user/GCTVGuilford.
