The officiant was Father Stephen Sledesky. The reception was held at the Owenego Inn in Branford. The bride was given away by Perry Forgione. The maid of honor was Jessica Fenner of Branford. Bridesmaids included Trisha Lerner of Tappan, New York, Andreana Forgione of Arlington, Massachusetts, Susan Weigel of Boston, Jill Block of Boston, and Erin Herlihy of Southbury. The best man was Justin Byrne of New York, New York. Groomsmen included Casey Doherty of Houston, Tim Capezzone of Guilford, Doug Lerner of Tappan, John Scanlon of Stony Point, New York, and PJ Forgione of Arlington.
The bride is a graduate of Pomperaug High School in Southbury, and UConn where she earned a B.A. in English and political science. She is currently employed as a finance director for U.S. Congresswoman Elizabeth Esty.
The groom is a graduate of Guilford High School (Class of ‘04), and Boston College where he earned a B.A. in political science. He is currently the state representative for the 98th District (Guilford and Branford).
The couple will reside in Guilford.
