Meet Parker

Parker is a 7 year-old male Yorkshire Terrier mix. He came to Valley Shore Animal Welfare League (VSAWL) because his primary owner fell ill and could no longer take care of him. Parker is a sweet boy who loves attention. He loves to be a lap dog, and enjoys time outside going for walks and exploring new areas. He may only be about 14 pounds, but he has a large personality and is very active. Parker will make a great companion dog. He needs to be the only animal in the home and prefers a single-person home. VSAWL is a no-kill, non-profit animal shelter located in Westbrook, open five days a week (Tuesdays through Saturdays, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Calling ahead is recommended for availability. All animals live on site and can be viewed for consideration for adoption.
