The Arbor Garden Club of Clinton recently awarded its 2017 Lucy Elliott Scholarship to Julia Anselmo, the daughter of Pete and Suzy Anselmo of Clinton. Julia graduated from the Sound School in New Haven. She will be attending Keene State College in New Hampshire, majoring in environmental science.
