Morgan Holds Peer Advocate Induction

The Morgan School held its Peer Advocate Induction on May 18. The two advisors are Andrea Kaye (program coordinator at Clinton Youth & Family Services) and Marie Pinette (family therapist with Clinton Youth & Family Services).

The Peer Advocates were awarded certificates for their time and dedication. Seniors Hannah Gaudet and Autumn Johnson received Above and Beyond Awards for their service. Community members who received Above and Beyond Awards were VISTA students Matthew Sarti, Alex Drago, John Tillinghast, and Henry Carter Hull Library’s Teen Librarian Cathleen Cole. Spanish teacher Laura Luther received the Morgan Staff “You Make a Difference” Award, which is determined by student vote. Peer Advocate Kate Daley received the True Spirit Award for sharing her passion of healthy cooking and eating with middle school students in conjunction with the Husky Leader Program.
