06/28/2017 12:00 AMA Clinton woman is under arrest after police executed a search and seizure warrant and discovered numerous marijuana plants.
According to Clinton Police, a search and seizure warrant was executed on Tuesday, June 27 at 5:30 p.m. at the home of Andrea Tiffany, 53, of Cow Hill Road. During the excution of the warrant, police located and seized a number of marijuana plants found to be in various stages of growth. Other plants had already been harvested and were in the process of drying. Police also located and seized several items of drug paraphernalia commonly used in the growth and distribution of marijuana.
Tiffany was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, operating a drug factory, and cultivation of marijuana. She was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Middlesex Superior Court in Middletown on July 10.
