Zane Bouregy Speaks at State Capitol

As the state champion for the American Legion Oratory Competition, Zane Bouregy of Valley Regional High School was the invited guest speaker for the Nathan Hale Ceremony, held each year on June 6 at the State Capitol. Zane delivered his American Legion Oratory Contest national-winning speech to an enthusiastic crowd, which included the 4th grade from his alma mater, Chester Elementary School.
