East Haven Police Searching for Hit-and-Run Driver

East Haven Police are searching for the driver of an older model green or blue Cadillac sedan following a hit-and-run accident on Saturday, June 10.

According to police, the Cadillac was involved in an accident at the intersection of High Street and Messina Drive at 10:45 p.m. on June 10. The vehicle has driver's side front-end damange.

In the collision, the driver of the evading vehicle lost a hat out of the window. The hat is a 2014 UConn women's basketball national champions hat.
