Barre at the green of Guilford announces a second studio now open in Branford. Complimentary classes offered for first time shoreline clients in both studios for a limited time.

Barre at the green classes seek to combine the safety of physical therapy principles in a challenging, fun fitness class set to music. Classes sculpt the body and promote flexibility; strength; balance; long, lean, muscles; and an inner calm and relaxed energy.

“Teaching is personally rewarding,” said studio owner Simone Gell. “Students tell me that their newfound physical strength, stamina, and posture gives them energy and confidence outside the studio.”
