04/26/2017 10:00 AMThe Historical Society will hold a Bingo fundraiser on Friday, April 28, at the East Haven Community Center, located on 91 Taylor Avenue.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the historical society, and will be used to help with moving costs.
The historical society is moving from its location at the old high school at 200 Tyler Street to 47 Park Place, which is across from the Town Green. The organization estimates the new location should be open to the public by July.
The bingo event will offer 10 games for $10, food, and a 50/50 raffle. Doors open at 6 p.m. and games start at 6:45 p.m. For more information, call Rose Bruno at 203-469-1056.
