Christ and The Epiphany Church, located by the Town Green, recently received the Whatsoever You Do statue.

The statue is a replica of the original sculpture located in Rome, and depicts Jesus begging, with a cowl overshadowing his face and his pierced hand outstretched.

The purpose of the statue is to serve as a visual reminder of those less fortunate. It will be on display outside the main entrance of the church until Saturday, April 22, and church members are hopeful the town’s food pantry and kitchen will benefit from the statue’s message.

The church thanked parishioner Diane Villano for her efforts to bring the statue to East Haven.
