03/30/2017 12:01 AMOn Feb. 24, the Energize Connecticut Center welcomed more than 60 children and parents to its first STEM night of the year with Connecticut STEM Academy. During the free event, children learned coding with an Ozobot, controlled a Sphero Robotic Ball, and participated in environmentally friendly STEM challenges.
The event is part of Energize Connecticut Center’s Family Night Series, which is designed to provide entertainment for children of all ages and their families while simultaneously learning about the impact they have on the planet and ways to be more energy efficient.
