The Katharine Hepburn Cultural Arts Center recently received support from the Connecticut Water Company via the Connecticut Neighborhood Assistance Act Tax Credit Program. The tax credit proceeds from Connecticut Water Company enable The Kate to continue to work on four energy conservation projects projected to reduce The Kate’s monthly energy costs by 50 percent, improve comfort of the patrons, and improve control and reliability of the HVAC systems.
