Vista Life Innovations, a post-secondary program supporting the personal success of individuals with disabilities for more than 27 years, recently received a contribution of more than $500 from Knights of Columbus Council 5780 in Madison. The donated funds were proceeds from the annual Knights of Columbus Campaign for People with Intellectual Disabilities, more commonly known as the Tootsie Roll Drive. As part of this campaign, state and local councils nationwide collect donations and raise awareness about intellectual and developmental disabilities. Proceeds are earmarked specifically for programs that support individuals with disabilities. The donation was officially presented to Vista on Feb. 16 by Deputy Grand Knight Justin Murphy and Treasurer John Mathieu.
