EDC Recognizes Core Informatics

At its Feb. 15 meeting, the Branford Economic Development Commission presented Core Informatics with its Business Recognition Award.

Core Informatics, founded in 2005 by former Neurogen colleagues Anthony Uzzo and Jim Gregory with three employees, is a leader in the field of laboratory data management solutions. In 2014, the company moved from its original East Main Street location to East Industrial Road at Exit 56, where today 70 of its 100 employees occupy a 16,000 square foot facility. Core is on Inc. Magazine’s list of top growing U.S. companies, Pharma Tech Outlook’s list of the “Top 10 Enterprise Software Solution Providers,” and Marcum’s Tech Top 40 as one of the fasted growing companies in Connecticut.
