SCORE Welcomes Phil Regas to Guilford Mentoring Team

Philip Regas has joined the southeastern Connecticut chapter of SCORE as a new member of its Guilford mentoring team. SCORE is a volunteer organization that provides free counseling to start-ups and existing small businesses each month in Guilford and eight other Southeast Connecticut locations.
