This year's Branford Town Center merchants' annual "holiday stroll' included its first "Wreath Extravaganza", raising $1,200 for Feed Branford Kids.

With thirty fresh-cut wreaths generously donated by Vaiuso Farms, dozens of shops, restaurants, and boutiques in and around the Town Center decorated and displayed the 24" wreaths as part of a silent auction to benefit "Feed Branford Kids."

The Town Center merchants group is an extension of the town's economic development office. Many of the participating shops will continue to accept donations throughout the shopping season.

Participating businesses in Branford's first Wreath Extravaganza included Beneath the Gown, Branford Art Center & Gallery, Branford Building Supplies, Butterfly Effect, Ciarleglio Jeweler, Coldwell Banker, Common Grounds, CT Modern, Donovan's Reef, Epic Salon, Foe Foods, Fired Up!, James Blackstone Memorial Library, Merle Norman, Myer's Florist, North Light Gallery, Pinky Nail & Spa, Polished Boutique, Possessions, PS Stationer, Raphael's Barber Lounge, Salon Refuge, Shoreline Café, soundRUNNER, TGS Outdoors, The Rock Garden, Towne Pharmacy, Town Hall, Trailblazer and Vincent Palumbo Salon.
