11/23/2016 11:01 PMOn Oct. 27, Clinton First Selectman Bruce Farmer met and spoke with ERACE ESL students at their English class at Joel Elementary School in Clinton. ERACE is East Shore Region Adult & Continuing Education and offers English classes for non-native speakers from around the world. It currently has 125 students from more than 25 countries. Farmer spoke about his road to the first selectman’s office, how the students and their families can get involved in the community, and answered questions from the students about their concerns for their adopted town.
