10/20/2016 12:00 AMThe American Legion of Chester, Deep River, and Essex are celebrating their first Veteran’s Day Parade on Saturday, Nov. 5 in the center of Deep River. The parade will start at 1 p.m. at Devitt’s Field on Southworth Street heading north on Main Street to Essex Street and ending at the Veteran’s Memorial Green. This section of Main Street will be closed from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. Detour signs will be posted to reroute traffic.
