While Guilford’s Memorial Day parade was canceled due to rain, Louis Monaco IV stopped by the World War II Memorial with his dad Lou Monaco III (a Guilford High School civics teacher) and, after clearing the dropped leaves off the plaques, Louis asked his dad to read the inscriptions to him.
