Meet Hazel

Hazel is a four year-old female dilute calico cat. She came to Valley Shore Animal Welfare League (VSAWL) because a member of her family had developed allergies and could no longer keep her. Hazel is a sweet cat who loves to be with people. She is a great family cat who will have no problem being in a home with children or one other cat. If interested in Hazel, call VSAWL at 860-399-7561 for more information.

VSAWL is a no-kill, non-profit animal shelter located in Westbrook, open five days a week (Tuesdays through Saturdays, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Calling ahead is recommended for availability. All animals live on site and can be viewed for consideration for adoption.

To see who else is waiting for a home at the shelter, visit www.valleyshoreanimalwelfareleague.org and www.facebook.com/VSAWL as well as www.petfinder.com. VSAWL also accepts relinquished cats and dogs based on animal intake guidelines and if space is available. To relinquish a cat or dog, call the shelter office at 860-399-7561.
