Madison Beach Hotel Celebrates Chef Jacques Pépin

World-renowned chef Jacques Pépin recently celebrated his 80th birthday at the Madison Beach Hotel. The event, co-sponsored by R.J. Julia Booksellers and the Madison Beach Hotel, included a presentation and book signing of Jacques Pepin’s latest cookbook Heart and Soul in the Kitchen, an intimate look at the celebrity chef and the food he cooks at home with family and friends.

In honor of his birthday, the hotel’s executive chef Leo Bushey and the entire kitchen staff created a special menu highlighting the master chef’s cooking technique.
