The trail, which will one day provide a non-motorized pathway linking Hammonasset Beach State Park with Lighthouse Point Park in New Haven, has seen great success in Hammonasset itself and now is about to jump Fence Creek for additional trail mileage. Workers were setting beams last week for the crossing.
