Reed Earns Top Scores from CT Environmentalists

Press Release: State Representative Lonnie Reed  (102nd District, D-Branford) has earned a perfect score from the state's leading environmental watchdog group, the Connecticut League of Conservation Voters (CTLCV).

The CTLCV gave Rep. Reed a 100% on the league's 2015 scorecard for her perfect record of supporting key pieces of environmental legislation this session. She has also earned a lifetime score of 96%.

"As an elected official, ensuring that future generations can enjoy a better Connecticut is one of my primary responsibilities. Protecting our environment for all to enjoy is very important to me and it is also critically important for our economy," said Rep. Reed, House Chair of the Energy and Technology Committee.

"Having clean air, land, and water makes Connecticut a more desirable place to live and do business and I look forward to tackling more environmental issues next session," she said.
