State Representative Jesse MacLachlan presented Ashley Kelly of Killingworth with a legislative citation during a 2015 Invasive Aquatics Removal event held recently at Chatfield Hollow State Park. Kelly was recognized for her efforts in leading cleanups of Chatfield Hollow State Park and Hammonasset Beach State Park.
