Grand Marshals Ann and Bill Clemmons Lead Fourth of July Parade

The 2015 grand marshals for the Exchange Club’s annual Fourth of July Parade are Ann and Bill Clemmons. The Co-directors of the Shoreline Youth Symphony Orchestra (SYSO) since 1985, Ann Clemmons has conducted the string orchestra while Bill Clemmons has directed the brass players and jazz band.

Following their lead performance at the parade on Saturday, July 4, which this year carries the theme “A Salute to American Education,” the Clemmonses will play the annual Fourth of July Concert on the Madison Town Green at 5 p.m.

The Exchange Club of Madison invites the entire shoreline to attend the 36th annual Exchange Cub of Madison Independence Day Parade. All attendees are encouraged to get to their favorite viewing spot as early as possible. The parade route starts at 11 a.m. in the Super Stop & Shop parking lot, winds through the center of Madison, and concludes at the Surf Club.

To register a group, float, or vehicle for a prime spot in this year’s parade, contact Mike Catalano at mcatsr@yahoo.com or 203-645-2147, or visit www.madisonexchange.org or www.exchangeparade.eventbrite.com.
