05/28/2015 12:01 AMMembers of the North Haven Camera Club recently attended an all-day seminar with renowned photographer Bryan Peterson. The theme of the presentation was “Understanding Composition and Learning to See Creatively.” Peterson is a successful, award-winning commercial photographer with 30 years experience. He has authored several books devoted to better photography and also has an online school of photography. He was contributing editor of Popular Photography and Outdoor Photography magazines. Peterson has received awards from Print Magazine (four times), Communications Arts Photography Annual (seven times), and the prestigious New York Directors Gold Award. The seminar was hosted by the Charter Oak Photographic Society of Greater Hartford.
