Housing is a basic need for all of us: rich and poor, business and labor, young and old all believe that everyone should have a safe, secure home that they can afford. But safe, secure, and affordable homes are too often taken for granted by those of us who are satisfied with our housing situation. Demographics in Connecticut are changing and lifestyles are too. It’s time to get residents across the state to think about housing — for themselves, their children, and as an avenue to economic growth and an improved quality of life.
