Literacy Volunteers Valley Shore, CT, Inc. has compiled a collection of nearly 100 international recipes contributed by students, tutors, board members and friends of LVVS. The culturally diverse cookbook was inspired by their annual Pot Luck Dinner and Awards Banquet and contains native dishes from Asia, Europe, Mexico, South and Central America, the Middle East, and North America.
The cookbook costs $10 and benefits LVVS programs. It is perfect for a hostess gift, a gift to your child’s teacher, or a stocking stuffer.
