KC’s Pub, 725 Boston Post Rd, Guilford, has released its new spring/summer cocktail list, and there’s plenty to like. There’s a Cozumel Cooler featuring Morgan’s Spiced Rum, a Mandarin Sunrise with Tito’s Vodka, and a Peachy Keen featuring Deep Eddy’s Lemon Vodka, among many others. And KC’s new happy hour menu, offered Tuesday through Friday, 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., offers $5 draft beers, $6 house wines, and a variety of food items for $7, including chicken fingers, a nachos masterpiece, and twin hot dogs. That, plus a sunny day and the patio, would be a great way to end a work day.
