A Garlic Parm Collaboration

Two New Haven food brands, Haven Hot Chicken and Chabaso, are teaming up to create a Garlic Parm Sandwich featuring a Buttermilk-marinated boneless chicken breast dipped in garlic parm butter, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese, pickled red onions, and housemade Ranch dressing, on a toasted Chabaso Ciabatta roll. Yum. You can try one at any Hot Haven location, including downtown New Haven at 21 Whitney Avenue and North Haven at146 Washington Avenue.
