03/25/2023 07:36 AMThe seasonal concert series Concerts In The Garden has announced its upcoming season, which will include eclectic international and local singer-songwriter artists from cool jazz to blue grass. There will be a $20 suggested donation for each concert. They will BYOB and picnic-friendly with outdoor bistro style seating in the amphitheater. The concerts will take rain or shine.
The concerts will take place at Leif Nilsson Spring Street Studio and Gallery, 1 Spring Street, Chester.
The season will include, on Saturdays from 7 to 9 p.m., on June 17 Skeleton Sun & Roamer; on June 24 Empire of Light; on July 1 Ryan Newman & Justin Chan & The Vices; on July 8 Parkers Tangent; on July 15 Driving Route 9; on July 22 Christopher Abbott and Co.; on July 29 Leif Nilsson with The Wandering Fiddlers plus Eric And The Hearing Aids; on August 5 Ken Morr Band + Last Fair Deal; on August 12 Someone You Can Xray; on August 19 Brian Ebin Parker Wolfe + Meadows Brothers; on August 26 Old Dog New Trick; on Sept. 2 Shorebreak. There also will be a special Concert In The Garden on Thursday, Sept. 21 from 7 to 9 p.m. featuring Jocelyn Pettit & Ellen Gira: The Dazzling Celtic Duo.
