03/28/2023 05:21 AMClaire and Steve Ariyan, the owners over at Joy Chocolate Co., 5 North Main Street, Essex, are getting into the Easter spirit with their cute little Bunny Tails made of caramel and marshmallows coated in dark chocolate then dipped in white chocolate and rolled in coconut. Their hours are currently Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., but they do plan to open at 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 25 so you can check to see what else they’ve concocted for the upcoming holiday.
