12/01/2022 12:00 AMI was on my way to dinner at a friend’s house and so stopped at the new flower shop around the corner from where I live. When I walked into Folklore Flower Co., 266 Boston Post Road, Madison, I saw that it was a whole lot more than a flower store. While Kate McNellis, the store owner, gathered up a grab-and-go bouquet, I did a little shopping and found a few more things including some Harth Ginger Hot Chocolate. I made the hot chocolate as soon as I got home and definitely recommend it as the thing to warm you right up on a chilly day. In addition to cocoa and ginger, it also has a bit of cornstarch in it, which makes the gently spiced chocolate nice and thick. And the bouquet was both beautiful and reasonably priced.
