This is the perfect cookbook for beginners, adventurous cooks, advanced cooks, and, well, basically anyone! It’s part cookbook, part manual, part encyclopedia. I love the fact that there are the recipes, often with explanations, and then also variations on that same recipe. True Italian cooking is known for its simplicity, using only necessary ingredients. The pasta chapter alone, which is 116 pages, is worth the price of admission! Mangiamo!
