On How To Develop Resiliency


“Living into the Spiritual Invitations of the Second Half of Life” will take place at Mercy by the Sea, 167 Neck Road, Madison from Friday, Sept. 30 at 4 p.m. to Sunday, Oct. 2 at noon. The event will offer information on how to develop and sustain resilience and flourish through the second half of life. Single occupancy $400, Double occupancy is $350.

Later in the month, “Mindfulness in Nature: Seeking Connection with Earth and Being” with Regan Stacey will be offered from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 28. Participants will be invited to connect with themselves and the natural world through sensory and heart-opening practices. Stacey is an artist and environmentalist whose passion is to re-connect humans to nature. $90 includes lunch.
