Connecticut Playwrights Festival at Drama Works

Drama Works Theater Company, 323 Boston Post Road, Old Saybrook, is hosting the Connecticut Playwrights Festival on Friday, Nov. 19 at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 20 at 3 and 7 p.m.

The festival features eight short plays by three Connecticut playwrights: Laura Thoma, Teresa Fogel, and Steven Oftinofski.

The featured plays include Heartache Tonight by Thoma, Boxes by Fogel, Table Talk by Oftinoski, Yours in Words by Thoma, Speed Dating by Fogel, Writer’s Block by Thoma, First Snow Fall by Oftinoski, and Hags by Fogel.

Cast and crew fully vaccinated. Vaccination cards and masks are required for audience members.
