Yet Another Great Idea

David Ciastko of Madison, who owns and operates the Tea Kettle Restaurant, 1395 Boston Post Road, Old Saybrook has planned his fall and winter pivot. It’s called Fenwick N’ Chicken and it will feature classic chicken sandwiches on butter toasted brioche rolls, or in a bowl with mixed greens, to-go and for delivery. But that’s just where it starts. The chicken can be grilled, panko-crusted, or deep fried southern style. You can add your choice of cheese, toppings, and sauces, and add-ons include sweet BBQ fries, hot spicy fries, slaw, a Tex salad, and there will be desserts as well. Can’t decide? He’s designed gastropub sandwiches from the Carolina Reaper Hot to the Southern Fling. More details coming soon to www.fenwicknchicken.com or find out more by calling 860-339-3988.
