Feeling extra stir-crazy? Stressed? Anxious? All of the above? RISE Therapy and Wellness in Madison is offering online, hour-long Mindful Yoga classes on Tuesdays at 9 a.m. Each session is $15. If you need some extra zen in your life these days, it also offers hour-long evening meditation on Thursdays at 7 p.m. ($10) and free mid-day meditation on Fridays at noon that lasts half an hour.
