Adaptive yoga is the practice of allowing bodies and minds to adapt to what they can and cannot do.

Seniors, people with disabilities, those recovering from surgery, veterans, and anyone who could benefit from safe movement are invited to join yoga instructor Kim Langley for a gentle class at Henry Carter Hull Library, 10 Killingworth Turnpike, Clinton on Wednesday, June 26 at 6 p.m. Participants should wear comfortable clothing. A yoga mat is optional.

The last Wednesday of each month at the Henry Carter Hull Library features free wellness events featuring a wide variety of topics and presenters. Anyone interested in being a presenter is welcome to contact Sarah at sarah@hchlibrary.org.
