Elm City Brew Festival returns for its fourth year on Saturday, Nov. 17 from 1 to 5 p.m. at College Street Music Hall in New Haven. The event features more than 60 breweries, including Stony Creek Brewery, Thimble Island Brewing Company, Two Roads Brewing Company, and other local favorites, as well as food and music. The cost is $45 in advance, $50 at the door, $10 for designated drivers, and $60 for VIP access which includes early entrance at noon.
