Will Protect Those Rights
Ever since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, our reproductive freedoms have been on the ballot every November. Access to the full spectrum of reproductive healthcare is no longer a guaranteed right and now lies in the hands of our state leaders. State Senator Christine Cohen is the candidate who will protect those rights.
Christine Cohen serves as a member of the Reproductive Rights Caucus and helped pass legislation that protects Connecticut providers and patients from government overreach in anti-choice states. Christine’s candidacy was again endorsed by Planned Parenthood Votes and Reproductive Equity Now, two organizations dedicated to protecting access to abortion, IVF, and the broad range of healthcare that has now come under fire.
I believe that intimate decisions about one's health should remain between the patient and their doctor. I trust women to make the decision that is right for them. Vote for Christine Cohen to keep the government out of our exam rooms and protect access to reproductive healthcare.
