Cheering Him On

As a supporter of the Madison A Better Chance Program (“Madison ABC”) since 1970, I really enjoyed your article on Hanley Tapia, who was Sports Person of the Week on March 21 (“Tapia Went Over the Top as Epee Expert and Leader for Hand”). Hanley is one of our current Madison ABC scholars, and he has continued the 53-year tradition of the Madison ABC scholars, making significant contributions to both Daniel Hand High School and the Madison community. We are proud of Hanley and his successes and look forward to cheering him on as he continues his academic and athletic pursuits at Vassar College in the fall.
